Do I need a minimum portfolio size to work with the firm?

No. We work with clients across a range of asset levels. The fit is about the complexity of your situation and the depth of planning you want, not a minimum account balance.

How is the firm compensated?

As an independent WFGIA insurance agency, we're compensated through the products we recommend. Every fee and commission structure is disclosed in writing before you make any decision. We do not have production quotas that steer recommendations.

How long does it take to build a plan?

Most engagements move from first conversation to written plan in four to six weeks, depending on complexity and how quickly documents can be gathered.

Do you coordinate with my attorney and CPA?

Yes, always. Retirement, tax and estate planning are interconnected, and we routinely coordinate with clients' existing legal and tax professionals to keep the strategy aligned.

How often do we meet after the plan is in place?

Typically twice a year for a formal review, plus as needed when life events, market changes or tax law changes call for adjustments. Between meetings, we're always a phone call or email away.

Do you sell annuities or life insurance?

We recommend insurance products, including annuities and life insurance, when they solve a real problem in your plan. If a product doesn't fit, we say so. Every recommendation is documented, and no product is presented in isolation from the broader plan.

Do you manage investments directly?

Our practice focuses on retirement income, insurance and legacy planning. When investment management is needed, we coordinate with vetted partners so the portfolio is aligned with your plan.

Are you licensed to work with clients outside Ohio?

Yes. We are licensed in all 50 states and work with clients nationwide. Most meetings can happen by video conference when in-person isn't practical.

What if I already have a financial advisor?

Many of our clients keep an existing investment advisor and engage us for the retirement, insurance and legacy layer. We're comfortable coordinating with other professionals when it serves you.
